Rach Mode On

This project is the result of years of research and experimentation between Claudio Vignali and electronic music producer Daniele Principato. The work results in “Rach Mode On,” Claudio Vignali’s second record as leader, which also features the valuable participation of trumpeter Rob Mazurek.

Live performances take place as a duo (Vignali – Mazurek), or as a trio where the presence of electronic producer Daniele Principato is added. During the live shows, extemporaneous improvisation and “real-time loop remix,” or real-time sampling, are the undisputed protagonists. Thus, there is a rich air of jazz, free and sounds from the distant future. Breaking schemes and time barriers is what characterizes this project.
